So if the plugs aren’t yet avail from Soul, how do you disable the symposer? On one thread I saw that someone put a microfiber towel in the tube behind the seat, and I didn’t see confirmation that the 7 amp fuse in the rear is the same as the older model which can simply be unplugged. Has anyone disabled this effectively?

FWIW... I did the Kline rear and oap (as they come as a set) in inconel. LOVE IT. sound improvement is amazing (with CG valve controller). I then took out the sound symposer and put in a few pieces of dyna mat insulation. Now I think i am ready for the full monty and add headers. I think that will be amazing and sound barbaric up top but manageable if required. Im only waiting on what the GT4RS looks like and if it will be worth it.. I would just get that car... Otherwise can get pretty close maybe with headers and a tune and retain some civility with the GT4 vs the RS... but we will see

The bold is my conclusion too, and for some sick reason I’ve read every exhaust thread. 😂

IMO the valve controller is a separate item as it solves a different problem. I thought the valve controller was a must do as well, but there are consistent reports of drone in that low range as described above. Almost like Porsche knows what it’s doing LOL. Oh, and there are plenty of people who like the stock exhaust too.

100% agree with this. Car sounds insanely good and I was coming from a 981 GT4. Never understood what the drone talk is all about? But not dismissing it's obviously an issue for some.
