So far I can't even add a few colour touches to the interior, red or grey stitching is all that is available... I doubt I would go PTS, but more interior colours would be nice!

Not for all of the dash I don't think, only the end caps and the forward vent area.

And besides, the dash stitching would have to match the console and seats otherwise...

This configurator seems to allow for PTS though it won't allow me to choose a colour.

The new factory where cars are being made is very limited when it comes to options which is why MY23 4RS options for different stitching was removed. You have to go CXX now basically.

Perfect.

Not complaining. I don't own one so can't complain.
I'm just poking fun at it. How can you not?!

So depending on how you want to build these cars you may have to wait for different options to become available.. I wonder about the rumored 2 model years of build?

Not sure, my German friends told me that in general the Osnabruck factory offers very little customization/options which is why stitching and a few other things was removed. Much harder to offer customization in that factory compared to where the MY23 4RS's were made.

I wonder if you can take the top off and leave that glass thing in the back, that would be nice and probably help with wind

The weather shield with the glass has to attach to the top sunroof in a few places, it cannot be used without the top section.

Check out the picture above that contains the roll bars.

Looks like it's slotted for the standard Spyder Wind Deflector, which likely will be mesh as in the 718 Spyder.

However, aftermarket does make a glass replacement.

Haven't seen a picture with the Wind Deflector in though...

I was talking about the back window that is part of the rear weather shield (part of the 2-peice top assembly), not the wind deflector that goes between the roll bars.

West, yes I know that's what you were talking about in response to another op's query asking if the weather protector glass could be used separately.

I was just pointing outage Spyder RS appears to be equipped with the wind deflector which is the functional equivalent of the asked question.

Ahhh, from the pictures taken at Goodwood showing the roll hoops, it looked like the 'regular' wind deflector found on all previous 718's was still being used on the SRS.
