911 ST gets a manual (GT3 RS with no wing is my understanding). I wonder if this launches first.

Imho... SRS first... FOS for public debut.

I bet ST at RR7. They will want something special for RR7... and the ST fits that bill.

It is my understanding that there can be no allocations, confirmed or otherwise for a model that has yet to be officially announced...

Who are you hearing that from? Because that will determine the legitimacy of your info. If it's your dealer, count that info as void. As they have as little info as we do, if not less. Hard to believe that the SRS will not be available in the largest Spyder market for Porsche.
