Wheel Hangers or Guide Pins, such as these: https://www.amazon.com/Steel-Wheel-H.../dp/B00MWAQ9MO
Make sure you get the correct size.

Wheels are SO wide nowadays, you really need these. They help SO much! I carry one in my GT350 and another stays in the garage. Without them, the inside of the rims get all scratched up so easily.

Yes, whichever you choose just has to have the M14 x P1.5 sizing and be long enough for the wheel to clear the brakes well. The ~6" size is about as long as I could find.
That is good for all modern Porsches. As the Suncoast site calls out: "Fits all Boxster, Cayman, Panamera, Cayenne, Macan, and 911 Carrera models (1999 or newer). except centerlocks"

Part installed!
Seal looks great.
Eight screws to remove and the lid casing pops off the lower half of the lid.
No regrets.

License plate brackets from Tom from his site (see pic).
Great product, super easy installation. License plate now floats just a bit off the bumper, but isn’t really noticeable. I actually prefer this as my license plate frame now doesn’t press into the bumper. Included bolts thread into the brackets perfectly, and can remove the plate as many times as desired without fear of wearing out the plastic bumper holes.
