I'm bummed but it doesn't look like I'll be driving the car on Saturday. Other family plans. I will be doing the PCA San Diego driving tour though on Sunday if you're going on that.
On a side note, I wish they would do a Rare Shades in SoCal.
Planning to go to this for the first time. Let's just see if I can wake up early enough to drive all the way there. Anybody else planning on going? Anybody been to this before and can share your experience? Good, bad, the ugly...and any tips?

I registered for this but I kind of want to drive Malibu instead on Sunday.
In regards to these cruise in's, its okay. You basically hang around the parking garage and look at cars, they serve free coffee & donuts. If you pay $ you can go inside the museum and check out all the cars. I rate it like a 6.5/10, I think its more worth going if its a Porsche specific day or something.

Thanks for the info. I suppose that pretty much sums up all of the other cars and coffee I've been to except most don't serve free coffee and free donuts. Porsche specific days are always nice to attend but it seems specific marques days are few and far between at most cars and coffee these days. I'm still planning on going unless I can't wake up but if I do, say hi.

I was at Malibu this morning. The turnout was small. Someone told me the real meet up was at some country market right after cars and coffee. Anyone know about this? What's the deal?

What time were you there? It was packed at 10am when they opened up the main lot, I was there in the Spyder.

I left at 930. Are you talking Malibu Bluff Park? Or another location. This was my first time so I wasn't familiar with the lay of the land. I did see a shark blue Spyder on my way out that I didn't see arrive. Had no idea it was there.

Malibu Country Mart is where it unofficially happens every Sunday. Main lot opens at 10am.
