Been researching GT4 rear wheel widths.

Is the 718 GT4 any different than 981 GT4 in the rear wheel well?

981’s more commonly ran 10.5” widths.

718’s seem to be running 11” rear widths.

I know rear toe link clearance is tight. Especially for fat Hoosiers. Any experienced best practices appreciated before pull the trigger.

Both cars are exactly the same....most people go with 10.5" to open up the clearance between the inner wheel edge and the tow link.
The tire is not the problem, I use 305s on the rear....you do need more camber to tuck the tire in.
You could modify the end of the toe link to provide another 4-5 mm but I ran the TPC toe links and these wheels on my 981 3 years without any problems,

Did you need spacers for the rear wheels for this set up? I was under the impression that those offsets would rub the toe link.

Default What about PCCB’s and 19” rims!

Problem. Learning there is a fitment issue with PCCB’s and 19” rims.

Two companies have told me they don’t fit 19” rims on PCCB’s.

Yeah...the extra diameter of the PCCBs is a problem.

Seriously? This is true? Does nothing fit over the PCCB’s. Well damn!

I guess I’ll just replace tires a lot then.
