As delivery gets closer and I think about driving it for the first time… potentially silly question on the key for the 718. Does it act like a traditional key where if you hold it too long the starter makes god awful noises as it gets dragged into over speed, or is it more like a push button where once you turn the key to the start position, the computer is just firing it up?
Behaves more like a start button. Just twist and the rest is electronic.

Supposedly. I'm hoping wrong pics or very, very bad lighting and camera.
Adventurine Green is another one of those colours that changes with the light... to me it is a very subtle green and looks much like these pictures show.

I just happened to see an Adventurine Green on Sunday. It is a wonderful color choice!
You can see something like 4000k color temperature lighting reflecting off the car. When green is viewed under bluish lighting a lot of the green is lost. I had an Agate car before and it is certainly much more brown-skewed than that.

Did you happen to order the gloss black spoiler? I did and had the same protector on my picture over the rear spoiler..... Just curious.... That is nearly the spec I went with..... Switched to SB tho. What interior?

Congrats to you. Aventurine is such an awesome color. Had it been available as a non-PTS Spyder color, I would have ordered it with Aurum wheels and black/yellow interior.
