TYD says car is en route to my dealer (if that is trustworthy). If so, should arrive today. Right when I’m getting on a plane for a business trip until Friday. lol

My car was in Emden April 22. Doesn't register as leaving Emden as of today. I see there is a ship scheduled to leave today for Halifax, Lake Wanaka.
Anybody on Lake Wanaka?

[…] I asked about settling in advance since I will likely be on business travel when it arrives, and this means they can go ahead and install the rear toe links / shims and have it waiting for me. I know I could be conceding pre-delivery nit fixing leverage, but I doubt they’ll deny me anything reasonable. […]

Did anybody else in 'Start Production' get bumped wayyy out?
According to TYD, I hit 'Start Production' on 4/19 and was supposed to be moved to CP8.0 last Friday. Instead, it moved CP8.0 3 weeks out until 5/20!
Does this mean that my car's just hanging out, partially built, at the factory waiting on some parts to show up?
My dealer didn't seem to have any different info than TYD is showing.
Logistically, I just wonder how a single vehicle hangs out at the factory for a month to get finished. Hopefully she's in a nice waiting room with good German bier.

If you mean from when the boat moored in Houston to delivery...it moored late April 27th, so that makes (counting fingers and toes) ...6 days, but that includes a weekend. Not bad at all.
Incidentally, TYD actually (correctly) indicated the car was en route to the dealership (in Plano) this morning.

For me V250 was also 4/19, V260 on 4/29 and in today's morning update there is no delay and the date of V300 (CP8) on 5/6 remains unchanged

I was given an allocation last month for a GT4, and it is a MY23 so the new MSRP it is. Combine that with federal luxury tax and this car will roughly cost $20k more than a 2022. Pay to play I suppose.
