I also got the standard interior (leather steering wheel/gear lever is a must over Alcantara...) and I love it as its just right for the car. Congrats and good luck!

Your build is very close to how I am building mine.. GT Silver, PDK, Sofas (although, I am going 2-ways since the 18's don't have memory), leather steering wheel and shifter. I went back and forth on Carbon Ceramics, but just couldn't get myself to pull the trigger on them for a daily driver and only car. This fall can't come fast enough, lol

wow, I'm shocked I haven't gotten skewered for picking the sofas. Can anyone thing of any reason NOT to get the smoking package and the extra 12V outlet that comes with it for no cost?

And the nice cover that makes everything look finished. I may never use the 12V outlet, but the cover is aesthetically pleasing

Good choice on the 18 ways, now ad the leather deviated seat back!

Agree with the comment above, gonna be a long four months. On a positive note, that’s four months of collecting things you don’t need but want. There’s a thread to give you an endless list of ideas floating around here somewhere.

There are only a month of GT4 and Spyder Youtube videos so after you watch them all three times you'll only have a month to go.

I have to research this, ill be at Barber in June, but later this year is an option. Thanks!

Ha, I've had 14 ways and now 18s. For me they are supportive enough for track duty but have done multiple 1k+ road trips and I'll bust out 12 hour days without a concern. Sure the buckets will be a better track option but for street and daily use you can't beat the 'sofa's'. That said if I get a shot at a GT3 the only option I have planned is the buckets as it would be almost exclusively a track toy.

As for smoking package, only reason is if you quit smoking and think the 12V will make you question your healthy life choice or you like to store a cup cake in the 'hole' for long rides

I got Both of those as you saw they are a No-Cost option so why not.

Plus the Smoking Package adds another place for a 12-volt outlet and also closes in the Rectangle Hole !!!

May I ask why you chose the Porsche navigation option alongside CarPlay? Just seems like an expensive option, particularly as I believe the map needs to be updated every so often (perhaps not)

I am an Andriod user. I wish they had Andriod Auto but not yet. I got Apple carplay simply for resale value and/or if I ever switch to Apple.
