you will not be able to keep your car under under 4000 rpm not after my experience from my drive home Sunday from the dealer i recommend use the shifters alternate gears and speeds a bit if you pass a truck to get some clean air glance down at your speed i was at 100 mph and just chuckled and backed off

Hey Space Man....you couldn't keep it below 4k because it was just too much temptation and fun?.......or it was physically impossible?....(or both?) :-)

A little of both. It is very tempting. Also, it is very easy to push down on the gas to accelerate around a slow person on the highway and have the PDK down shift and pop up above the 4k limit. I kinda wish that Porsche had done like the new Corvette and just programmed in an RPM limit that opens up as the car gets driven. But then people who do not like to break-in would be complaining.... ;-)
