They’re starting to arrive - maybe the OP should revise the thread title for all GTS models?
Here’s a PDK Boxster available at Porsche Langley. I’m going to check it out this afternoon.

Well this will be our first Porsche so keep all that in mind, and this was the first 4.0 GTS we’ve seen in person. The car definitely has a presence, and for us it is the perfect blend of specs. The stance was nice, and better than I thought it would be, and it sounded glorious. We have an allocation coming for a Cayman.
It confirmed a few things spec wise for us, a no on the black wheels and black interior aluminum trim and we’re looking for a more lively colour than GT Silver (which is lovely, but we want something brighter and something we’ve never had before). You can’t really go wrong, and I bet driving that with a PDK would be a blast (we’re sticking with the manual).
My wife liked the enormous leg room, and the fact we could easily get a satchel with a laptop in it (for example) behind her seat. I would imagine the more of these you own, the harder it is to be impressed but for us right now (well mostly me LOL) it is quite a buzz knowing what you’ll be getting in the summer.
Our Golf is in the background:

Thanks for posting uncledude! I live in Vancouver too. That GTS is speced pretty high, they have a 718 Spyder and a Cayman GT4 in stock for almost the same price. Are you keeping the Golf R and this is secondary car? I just traded in my manual Golf R for an Audi RS3 a few months ago, and really miss driving a manual so I'm looking for a second RWD manual car.
edit: looks like Vancouver Porsche has a white Cayman GTS 4.0 in stock
