ExMB, I really am keen to hear (see) what you think! BBS? I'm in no hurry to mess with wheels, exhaust first! I really like the stock GT4 wheel, but I am interested in your comments

Taste is all in the mouth.
I can't think of another wheel that I'd change sooner than the lobster.
But my opinion is only valuable to me!
YMMV!

I equate HRE wheels the same as BOSE in the audio world. There is better to be had on less budget. I prefer a cleaner look wheel made and warrantied for the application needed: i.e. Forgeline for track as they warranty it for that application whereas HRE does not.

I saved this pic from a thread a few months ago because this will be what my car looks like. GT Silver with silver wheels. Love it! Wheels, like paint, is very subjective so there really isn't a wrong answer. Talked to my SA over the weekend and my dates have been moved up about two weeks. Should be here 8/28 now.

I'll add these in case it helps...

I'm thinking of ordering a 718 GT4 to replace my 981 GT4 and we are thinking of platinum wheels with GT silver to contrast the brilliant silver wheels on our GT silver GT3.

Always liked them but best? Fuchs are #1, Sport Technos are #2, and everything else is fighting for distant third...
