Possibly, I looked and saw paint stripped off down to raw aluminum and piles of aluminum oxide at each horizontal tube... worst case scenario thoughts in my mind.
Not a Spyder, but here is my recently delivered Macan in Chalk in my garage for reference:
definitely feels more grey in low light situations.
We have a Dark Blue Metallic Macan, the choice of exterior colour definitely make the overall vehicle look different, however DBM is not forgiving to dirt or scratches, my last 2 Boxsters were in that colour, I was going to say a labour of love but no it was becoming more like a job!
I like the way the Chalk contrasts with the black trim bits, I am looking forward to the Spyder in this colour... I have said before that I had wished it was a darker grey, maybe even just a shade or two, but given that Chalk it changes a bit depending on lighting will keep it interesting!

Any picture out of the direct sun or twilight, curious how chalk looks as light drops off?
Thanks Westcoast, the dash trimming is definitely worthy... My phone camera doesn't capture the real beauty of the chalk color... I think that this colors needs a pro camera. It's really hard to take the car out in confinement or locate the perfect landscape, but if I do will post them

Cool look, I almost selected that option myself, but already had the build spec way too expensive, I would have had to take out other options to fit it in. I can't wait for the opportunity to post some of my own pictures, until then my avatar is the only hint!
@metalone thanks for the additional pictures, loved seeing the interior, especially the LWBS and the clean look of the CF just below the headrest, I will be removing that small pad they install for us in North America.
