Yeah. It’s surprisingly bigger than the old cars. It dwarfs a Z3 too. Of course, it doesn’t try to literally fly off the ground at 90 like a Z3. Aero has come a long way.
Seeing as I can't drive due to Snowmageddon thought I would post some shots from last week when the sun was out and my car had a rare clean moment, you can see how dark the paint looks when it's in the shadows.
Or you could 3D emblems, as I did on my Targa GTS, which are a little smaller and look so much better to me. I am taking orders for the "4.0" emblems and "GTS" emblems are cheap, and you can get them painted in any color.
By the way, has anyone sat in both the standard seats and 18 ways back to back? If so did you sit noticeably lower in the manuals? If they are just 1/2" lower, as someone else said I may as well get the 18 ways to help my back problems since I would get lumbar controls.
Bob, I have the manual "sofas" in our GT4. They are the most comfortable car seats I've ever sat in. YMMV, but I think they're terrific, certainly all I need. Very pleasantly surprised.
Had the opportunity to take out our Gentian Blue 718 GT4 and its 992 Turbo S counterpart. Hope this weather sticks around so we can continue to enjoy the miles!
