Default Great deal on a 718 Spyder - time to decide

I was offered a smoking deal (15% discount in Europe)... on a brand new black Spyder with black wheels and classic interior package with sport seats plus. Available asap.
My ideal Spyder would be GT Silver with black wheels and classic interior package with full bucket seats. I would need to order it and it will cost me $20000 more...delivery might take 3 to 6 months in current COVID-19 context.

What would you do?

Any pictures of a 718 Spyder in black with classic interior package?

thanks all for sharing your perspective.

For $20K? I would take the deal and run. If you really want the buckets you can buy them aftermarket and still be significantly in the green. Personally I would be fine with either silver or black, but that is a preference. Do you really hate black?

It seems we're starting to see buyers ditch their already manufactured builds given this huge market drop. 15% is a verrry nice discount on a brand new car

If black is a turn off you could get a high quality wrap job and change color every 2 years with the 20k you will save.

I would do it too! Is this from a dealership from someone who backed out of their allocation? Or private sale?

I saw on facebook yesterday someone trying to offload their allocation for what they paid. They were not trying to make money.

I got full carbon bucket for mine so cannot comment on sport seat. I am also used to buckets as I have recaro SPG now. Do you have a full option list?

I wouldn't wait too long to decide, that car will be sold very quickly for 15% off.

I seriously doubt that. They wouldn’t drop to 15% if there was a line out the door. There is obviously no line.

Just saying there may be one car available and dealerships are closed/just re-opened. Maybe it has not sold because people don't know of the big discount. Just don't tell everyone on this forum which dealership is offering the deal. It just takes 1 person to buy it. Then you will be

Maybe the dealership just doesn't know how to haggle properly.

congrats , I always felt that discounts on these cars are coming and this is accelerated by the current crisis
15 % is great and probably won't be much better

I doubt it, in my experience in North America, dealerships are vultures! They will try to make the most money possible for any cars sold. I have never gotten 15% off MSRP on any cars I bought but then again this is the most expensive car for me.
