Default New Blue

I was in my dealer having the airbag recall done this morning and spotted this beauty in the new car delivery area in West London. Ive read a lot about how we 981 owners don’t rate the 718 looks (tail pipes, nuns hat rear spoiler) - well the 718 looks amazing! Whoever on here has an order - lucky you, this is another Brilliant car from Porsche !

Damn that Gentian Blue is intriguing... sometimes it looks amazing in certain light and sometimes it looks dark and dull in other lighting. It's on my final colour choice but I' waiting to see one in person to decide! Nice build with CCBs and yellow seatbelts. Really pops out!

Conflicted on colour as well. I have seen a gb on porsche 911 in person. Inside showroom looked great- nice deep blue. However outside it can look purple/violet which I’m not keen on. I have had a gts in sapphire blue and Ferrari in black. Originally I liked the black with black rims and red brakes and red stitching but black loses the cars lines - especially humps and air intakes and I think these make car distinctive.. Also considering Gt solver but that seems fairly mundane. So between blue black and silver and I’m leaning blue with black wheels, brakes, and blackouts (lights and rear Porsche badge. Best of luck with your choice.

Now THAT car needs the amber side markers! Would go so well with the wheels and P front badge...

I have virtually the same spec coming in April - can't wait!

Thanks for the pics. The Porsche renderings don't do it justice on the configurator.
