I doubt there are all that many market cancellations yet. It’s volatile but people aren’t worried about making the mortgage.. yet.

I suspect Just In Time international supply chains are a much bigger problem. The factories will run until they are out of parts.

It would be interesting to know how long they can go without daily incoming parts, although I think that as a lot of these are custom spec'd cars most of the specialty items are ordered with enough lead time to production...

Hoping the same thing! They can build mine on Monday and I would be happy to take delivery asap. The could even fly it to me rather than boat!

Yeah man, the airlines aren't exactly busy right now so I certainly wouldn't mind if they loaded my GT4 on a plane to the US too!

Is there anyway to check the status of production online by plugging in the commission number? Or should I be reaching out to the dealer as the only means?

Until the Track My Dream web app goes live for all models, your dealer is your only source.

Just wandered onto this thread... I had a deposit August 2018 and first allocation for my dealer. Currently at V300! Hope to see it next month and hoping no EPA port hold... Car will join my GT3 Touring and GT3 RS...

GT3NY, I would be very interested in hearing just what drew you to the Spyder, especially considering what's already in your garage? Furthermore, I hope you will take the time, once you have put some milage on your new ride, to draw comparisons with your stable.

GT3NY, as someone who's only getting a GT4 (my first and only P-car), I'd like to remind you the old saying: "sharing is caring!"

I'm getting a GT4, not a Spyder. I had a 2016 Cayman GTS (and also a 911T) - traded both in on the GT3 RS when dealer offered me an allocation. I wanted a GT4 back in 2016 when I was first getting into Porsche cars but went with GTS instead. Now only GT cars. The midengine GT4 should be the best handling car of the three.

Anyone cancelling their orders? I'm wondering if stealers are still trying to ask for ADMs in this environment. haha

I'm trying to delay my allocation (freeze date mid-april) for next spring. Waiting for SA to get back to me. Debating about just cancelling it.
