Three short beeps when driving aggressively - what is it?
I have a brand new 718 GTS 4.0 - under 200 miles on it. It doesn't have adaptive cruise control or blind spot detection or lane change assist or any of the radar-based doodads, only Park Assist.
Sometimes, when I corner hard or change lanes aggressively, I get a fairly loud, fast, three beeps from somewhere. There are no warning lights or any other indicators.
Sometimes there are cars nearby, sometimes not. They way I drive, I get these beeps several times a day.
Does anyone have any idea what this is? And how to turn it off?

May be low brake fluid during hard corning ? Wild guess

Probably not brake fluid
Thanks for the suggestion @lowbee . However, I'm not braking during the cornering maneuver (I've done it with and without braking before the turn), and the manual says I should have a BRAKE warning on the instrument panel if the brake fluid is low, too hot, or braking force is uneven. I'm thinking it's something else.

Dashcam
Why yes, @worf928 I do have a dashcam. So you think this is the "triple acoustic signal" the (very poor) dashcam manual mentions?
I pulled the MicroSD card, and according to the manual there should be an entry in the "Events" folder whenever such an event is logged. There is no Events folder, but there is a Driving folder that just logs everything all the time.
As for the Dashcam app, I'm having the same $&@#* problems connecting that every other dashcam owner seems to have, so I can't check the app's version of events, or adjust the sensitivity.
Sigh.

Winter tire speed warning
There's a tire speed warning @reacp911 ? You learn something new every day. Thanks for the idea.
But I'm not cornering at higher speeds than I travel on the flat and straight: in fact, it's the high g low speed corners that do it the most. Also, the manual claims the winter tire speed warning is an instrument panel display, not an audible warning.
I did check that I have the right tire type and wheel diameter set, because that could surely throw you off.

Unplug your cam’s power, drive your route and see what’s what.

Sorry and not sure but it sounds like the beeps are a warning for the bad roads potholes and/or bad fixes in the USA. After 40 years in the USA (MAS & CA) and only the last couple of years in AZ with surprising excellent roads. We retired in the South of Spain, all good roads like the rest of the EU, we drive a 718 Spyder manual (better driving experience than my 991 PDK) hard cornering, hard braking, hard on myself LOL, but never irritating beeps.

I used to live in Europe, and my European visitors never fail to marvel at the (bad) state of US roads. The roads here are one reason why I didn't buy a Taycan: it's so much heavier, and has trouble maintaining traction on uneven surfaces.

OP, there are several warnings that also have audible tones. Perhaps you provide some more detailed metrics on when it is triggered.

I just got three beeps from a pothole, so I suspect you're right. But it's not just rough roads, it's also abrupt lateral g force.
