Well, since these are a factory mistake, you'll have to go aftermarket. Get them painted by a local wheel repair shop. My friend had a scratch on his and a local shop repainted the entire rim flawlessly. They said that they first paint the rim all black, and then remove the paint in the areas that are exposed aluminum.
