Default Bra for 2021 718 Spyder

Does anyone have a lead on a bra for the front bumper and lower third of the frunk lid for protection on long drives? The car already has a front end clear bra permanently installed and it had taken a couple of rock hits. Would like to have some additional protection during the long drive and then remove on arrival at destination. TIA.

But seriously, isn't that the entire point of the clear bra? You could get some
TrakkTape TrakkTape
if you want temporary protection, though I've only ever applied that to ceramic coated paint (and it came off really easy).

Some use several layers of painters tape. Looks totally like a dork. You could consider trailering to the destination but true enthusiast don't look favorably upon those that do.

Spray some clear plastidip maybe if you don't really care too much about looks?

I dont know why you all think this is nuts. I used to take my 911 camping and country roads covered in rocks ate the paintwork up. Would have been great t have a 'I know Im going somewhere rough' bra to keep it shiny for its more usual life of city streets freeways and private parking

Contact a person at Colgan (https://carbras.com/colgan-custom-bra/) and ask them about it. They have one for 991s, so nothing is stopping them from make a 718 version. They may need a Spyder to measure/fit but may be willing to go to the effort if you help.

If they do, report back as I might be interested in one too.

Not sure what your car's current PPF is from but if you want more protection we do offer a 10mm ULTIMATE PLUS film, the thickest grade XPEL offers for vehicles.
