Coming to the 718 Cayman Family
After a few years away in Audi S5, I am back in the Porsche game. Have owned 944, 944 Turbo, 996 C4 and 996TT, but this is my first new Porsche.
Build is
718 Base Aventurine Green over Black
18 way Adaptive Sport Seats
Premium Package
6 speed, PASM, PVT, Sport Chrono
20" Carrera Wheels Painted Gloss Black
and a bunch of other less goodies.
Delivery is spring 2021.
I am just a bit excited!

Nice build! Did you consider a T over a base?

I know I am not biased because my order yesterday for a CGTS 4.0 (March 2021 delivery) is also Aventurine Green. I think that now makes 3 maybe 4 for North America.

The OP is paying a slight premium over a T with his build (configured in the US so it may be different in Canada) and looks like he is missing out on the sport exhaust. However you cannot get Aventurine Green on a T which in my mind is reason enough to go with his build.

Congrats! I love that color, especially on the 982.

Hi all
Thank you for the feedback. The reason that I went with the base was colour and I was concerned about the 20mm lowered in snow. Also the price difference was so marginal and I wanted real door handles.

Great car, I just bought a lightly used base '18 Boxster with PDK and a few other options; I would consider 19" wheels, especially if you're going to be driving in winter conditions. The handling on mine with 19" is razor sharp. Saludos.
