Question Which Spolier for Cayman?

This one:

https://nrauto.com/product/porsche-7...t4-style-wing/ (USD 1300 - Made from ABS)

or

https://extremeonlinestore.com/produ...19474783371331 (only USD 300 - Made from Polypropylene)

or

https://www.facebook.com/commerce/pr...=page_shop_tab (TWL - made in Taiwan - Carbon Fibre - USD 1800)

Any thoughts? Which one would you go for?

Hope to get some replies at your earliest convenience.

Cheers!

Are you interested in appearance, or in function?

Go for the $300.00 version, and let us know what the quality, and fitment are like!

I would say appearance and not function as this would never be tracked and would be driven mostly in the city.

Does anyone know about NR Auto? Are they credible?

I was not planning a front splitter as the roads here are more often than not pretty horrendous.

I think I'll just stick to a spoiler for the time being...

I'm not sure if you are trying to be sarcastic or not 😉

I'm not. It's the one that I would go for! I would really like to know the quality of the part if someone else takes the plunge first.

I just can't see myself shelling out for the more expensive versions.

Thanks!

They all look the same to me. The NR Auto one is on Suncoast Porsche's track Cayman S. If it holds up to regular track duty, then it's probably pretty good but I suggest you reach out to Suncoast as they are on this forum and the driver of the car is too I believe. Whichever one you install, it will cause a hit to the resale value of your car because it will need to be drilled into your rear decklid and most people don't want a GT4 style wing on a non-GT4. A neighbor of mine wanted to sell his Boxster to me for cheap but it had an aftermarket GT4 wing drilled in and it was an absolute deal breaker for me. He did end up selling the car but got maybe a quarter of the market value. It may not matter to you but just FYI.

Agree, spoilers on a non-GT car take a lithe look and transform it into cheesy boy racer. I'd avoid. YMMV.

It’s your car, get the wing if you like it. I would only say don’t go cheap. If you’re gonna drill holes and make a permanent change, do it right and go carbon.
