Thats heavier than the black mecury Cyclone that was terrorizing the track before he broke after laguna. (he has a real 1000hp)

Yep, know the car, know the drivers, but had no IDEA it was such a porker!
Isnt that heavier than nascar?

It is the Lowells car.....I didn't see them weigh it....I asked one of their wrenches what it weighs and he opened up the race book that had all the #'s in it....3945lbs was the number, slightly rear heavy, but not much....

That car was there too. It led race 1 for a while before pulling out for the day.

I think NASCARS are around 3500lbs....with minimal downforce...... a while back NCRC had a bunch of early 1990's Nascars at Thunderhill....they were all running low 2:00's over the top...
