Mark Robinson--more of a mid-mount turbo setup for manual S/S4's only
JT and Chuck - STS style rear mount turbo for both AT and 5sp.
Kuhn..not really rear-mount turbo..but custom twin turbos for S4

NOT THAT CRAP AGAIN ANDREW, come one you are going to jinx this thing again.

FWIW, If the twin screw was available then i would be all over that train, but to my knowledge they made a pre order deal, make a couple units then never came out with an actual package for sale. So i now consider the twin screw NLA.

The TwinScrew should be available from DR this spring. He allows you to "pre-order" with no obligation and more importantly without any money. Just sign up. I can tell you that system will be one bad-*** system and will not look like a shoping spree at Home Depot.

It'll be close. I hope to dyno mine (with the smaller pulley) in March if the snow ever goes away and I have a free weekend. My guess is it will be around 480, that's with the standard 1.7l SCer at about 8-9 psi. The stock kit is design to do about 450RWHP at 6-7 psi.

When I had my engine out, I was trying to get the updated manifold and a 2.0 blower, but DR wasn't quite ready for me. The larger blower will definately get you up to 500 at the wheels running at about 10-11 psi. Max should be about 550 with a small pulley at arund 12-13 psi if my calcs are right.

Not sure if DR's setup will support a 2.2l blower, but if it can, you could lay down 600 with no issue (aside from broken drivetrain parts).

The John Kuhn twin turbo has them very near the cylinder heads on really nice custom manifolds. It is a very clean installation in my opinion. The former owner of that S-4 would have LOVED IT !!!

I thought this kit required cutting massive holes in the frame?

From what I've seen, it requires cutting a hole in the bumper. I don't know about massive holes in the frame.

small holes (2 1/2" ) in the inner fender for intercooler pipes. This could be changed but it is the best location for the A/A's to keep the plumbing to a minimum and to keep the intercooler out from in front of the radiator.

A non structural part of the inner fender. Many track cars are cut in the same way to run lines.

I'll end up doing the same on my 79 in order to keep the headlights with some of the modifications I have in mind.
