I have owned it for 13 or so years. It was just random luck the speedster was built on my dads birthday. i am the second owner of it and it is the same car that has the silver hardtop from the New Years run.
It was numbers matching, I have upgraded the engine, trans, and brakes from a donor 356 sc. I still have the original stuff tucked away. The paint is original as is the interior.
you can restore a car to its original show room condition, but you can never replicate that beautiful patina in a million years. Well maybe 60 years. looks amazing. I'd never paint it.
