Default 1965 356 SC - Best way to sell

I have a friend who has owned a 1965 356 SC since 1977. I believe it is a numbers matching car and has about 75K miles. What is the best way to determine value and sell the vehicle?

Thank you in advance.

Car has professionally rebuilt motor, exterior was stripped to bare metal and painted within the last 3 years. Interior is original with some fading and stitching issues.

The 356 Registry is probably one of the better venues to try and sell. http://porsche356registry.org/

Membership is only $35/year (I'm almost certain you have to be a member to post a classified and maybe even to access the forum. That is where most 356 owners congregate (myself included).

Does he have a particular price in mind? It has a pretty good story behind it...

Btw sorry for waking up the dead but it's "only" been 2 months. Thought it would be worth a try since I know someone who's looking for one

They are cute but listening to that engine on the freeway drove me nuts.......and that ain't a long trip. That is why I sold it two years ago.

Yes, the Registry is the best place to market the little tyke. Anyone can view the classifieds section.
