Here is my '59 Coupe, halfway toward being the outlaw I want. I bought it with rocker deco removed and exhaust cutouts filled in. The PO even rolled the front and rear valence like the Carrera GT. I'll be adding louvers to the deck lid and a Sebring muffler. It will get its original ruby red paint back, plus Speedster seats (with corduroy inserts), dual flasher stalks, and a VDM wood wheel. Still going with the original type black vinyl and tan carpets and floor mats. Warmed up engine, tranny with 741 gears, 19mm anti-sway bar, 5.5 painted steelies with 185 rubber. 12 volt system, but staying with drums. Restored a '58 Speedster exactly this way a few years ago and loved it!
