I've got some great shots from the Gmund Fest in Denver from 2004 - i"ll have to learn how to post them! That was a really fun event for those who didn't make it, and i believe there is one planned for 2006! We got the furthest traveled award (from KC) and being in a water-cooled 951 seemed to be upsetting to the air-cooled crowd :-)

I spoke with Sharon Mabee several months ago. The date in 2006 is June 25th.
I attended the 2004 event and it was fabu! I will be going to the 2006 event and driving my new to me Boxster from Minneapolis.... I feeling pretty good about taking the award! That said the event is way loaded with Porsches, early cars from Bill Jackson to George Maybee's tractors. The Registry board holds one of its meetings in Denver to coincide with this event and there was PCNA reps there as well. Seems silly for a one day event but one thing is sure. You will overdose! I'm bringing an art piece to set up on display if I can figure out how to get it and the clean socks I need to bring to fit in the car. Mike Jekot
