I was thinking about joining the party this year, but instead will be doing the rent-a-car tour through NC again.

Good news: Home for two days, drove the car once, got to clean it and put the cover back on. Will probably see the Bay Area clan for the Devek event in August.

Bad news: SATLake and Denver OCIC events have been crossed off my calendar. I lived at the lake for a couple years, wanted to get back there for the visit but it isn't in the cards.

Possible news: SITM if my NC projects keep dragging. In a rental though...

I'll be there in the 81'. It's at my folks house in Milpitas trying to get sold.

Weather forecast has been changing by the minute and is quite different from one forcasting group to the next, but overall looks like it should be good. No worries.

Fear not. I am bringing protection for our buns.

Is that the Berkeley local dialect? Things have changed since I moved away from the Bay Area!

Looks like I'm not going to make it -- too much to do to get ready for the move. I'm giving in on this one so I have a bit more leverage with the revlimiter to get to SATL(Sorry Bill).

Gosh, Dave, last time you were not quite happy about us driving to a tourist trap, but joined us nevertheless. Now someone tries to organize something in the woods, and you find an excuse. How can we ever predict you???

I was in touch with Beth today, and she said they have tickets for the AMA race at Infineon this weekend - so they are not going to make it, either.

Hope we'll still have a nice turnout. Remember that Bill Swift is driving up all the way from San Diego, so we have to make a good impression... again.

Sorry all these folks can't make it. More ribs for those that do.

I will be there, although not with the Shark... she's getting close though. I just have to get her registered and smogged, but that's another story.

Can't wait to see all of those great 928s again.

Rob
