What color will your next P car be?
I've only had my'06 997 for a few months and I am already looking forward to selecting the color of my next P car. Currently, I have a GT Silver which I really, really like. GT Silver is an amazing color, it has many different appearances depending on the lighting conditions.
If I were to buy a new 997 today, I think I would choose white - it is so simple, but yet classy. Of course, I would have to put my black Techarts on it!

I'm with Chris. My last two Porsches have been Guards, anticipate future ones will be as well.

Porsche has some wonderful colors!
But the free colors are nice as well ....and I'll most likley stay with the classic Guards Red.
If I were not so thrifty, Cobalt would be at the top of my list, however Mexico Blue would win out over that.
A matte black would be of interest (like seen on hot rods) would be interesting as well
But $3-4,000 for color is really a waste of $$$. The car drives just the same no matter what color it is, and I could give a shi.. what other people think..it's all about the driving.

while i love the blk/blk, after 2 911's with this combo i'd probably switch to something more radical/fun. i really like the cobalt blue or possibly speed yellow. guards red is great but it makes me think ferrari.

Only one color scheme for a Porsche: silver with black interior. I don't like it either, but that's really the only color combo which will always look great; even 50 years from now.
My next one? I would be very interested in a warmer silver, almost a subtle bronze color. Like "meridian" which apparently didn't go over so well in 2003 (?).

My 997 is Artic, my wife's 987 is Guards. Every morning when entering the garage the Guards red speaks to me ," Drive me today, drive me hard big boy. Make my radiator hot., shift my gears you stallion"...........

I have always wanted a Midnight Blue P-car, but I must say that Carmine Red really caught my interest about 4 months ago when I saw one in person at the stealership. It is really a different yet classy looking color.

Cobalt again, or a lighter blue. Orange and bright green would also be candidates if I order a car! Regardless im sure it would be a paint to sample from Porsche's collection of vintage colors. Their current offerings are too bland.
