This is a good question. The cars I have owned and liked the most are a 63 Corvette, 1979 911SC, and now the 997S. All of which were and are white. I have owned a silver and a black Boxster. I really enjoyed keeping the black car nice and I find the white car is just as hard to keep nice and even a bit harder. I think I would go white or black on the next order. Black is the only color for an interior, in my opinion. I just cleaned my leather for the 1st time yesterday 12 months and 12,000 miles and it looked great with just wiping down with a damp cloth for 12 months.

Carerra White, but if I had loads of dough...
it would be Dark Olive Metallic, why, it would look great with BlK/Terra interior, very unusual color for 911, not uncommon on Cayenne, but for poor folks like me I like the looks of Carerra White...just a an aside, while in Germany recently I visited the BMW Regensburg plant, I have 2 E-46's and love them, the joke there was if you see a white car, it is going to America, as no one in Germany will buy anything other than blk, gry, or silver, personally I really enjoy seeing any color other than those 3.

I'm totally going around in circles on this. I started with Atlas/ Nat Grey, then Atlas/ Black, then Arctic/ Cocoa, now I'm warming up to Speed Yellow/ Cocoa...I'm nowhere near ready to order this car.

Does anyone remember the color "Mirage", I believe it was called? I saw it on an early 996 and thought it looked just awesome. It's a silvery gold that looks like it should have been called "Champagne" instead of Mirage. It was the best looking gold color I've ever seen.
