If you’re familiar with the Japanese Porsche tuner RWB, RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF, then odds are good you want Akira Nakai to come visit your Porsche.

For those uninitiated souls among us, Nakai is RWB’s lone builder, an artist if you will, who has flown around the world, tuning Porsche by lucky Porsche, while creating a giant-fender, global phenomenon. Starting off as a tiny countryside body-shop in Japan, Nakai developed a house style that fused Japanese and German thinking, raising the bespoke tuning game.

Of course, if you want Nakai to come pay your Porsche a transformative visit, then get in line. And save your duckets too. Or, if you want a more vintage collector’s item, just put those hard-earned greenbacks into this piece of art: Pandora One, the very first RWB Porsche built in the U.S.

That’s according to Road & Track, who had this to say about the 1990 Porsche 964 Carrera 4, which is currently for sale for roughly $220K: “Painted in Mignonette Green, it features the comically oversized fenders synonymous with the Rauh-Welt name. Additionally, it comes equipped [with] a sweet duck tail spoiler, and a full color-matched roll cage.”

Where it counts, she’s got a 3.6-liter flat-six turbo rocketing 450-plus horsepower to all four wheels, KW race suspension, Brembo brakes, Rotiform wheels, and R-compound Toyo Proxes R888 tires.

So, will you be joining the happy global members of the RWB club?
