Porsche 996 looks as good as it did on the showroom floor two decades ago.

Our Rennlist Marketplace is going through some changes over the next few months, with the aim of improving how we help you find whatever you need, from parts and memorabilia, to projects and complete Porsches.

And speaking of complete Porsches, we happened upon this one-owner 996 Carrera Coupe the other day that could be yours.

1999 Porsche 996 C2, 1 Owner Car!

“Selling my 20 year old Porsche for an upgrade,” says the 996’s current owner, forum member wthesler, who has never tracked the Porsche since driving it off of the showroom floor two decades ago. The car has nearly every option available at the time, from the black leather seats and leather interior, to traction control and headlight washers.

Behind the fine black leather seats is the 996’s 3.4-liter flat-six, whose 296 water-cooled horses hit the back 18-inch Turbo Look wheels through the six-speed manual.

The meticulously maintained 996 still has its original build sheet, and likely has a record book of all the work done to help the current owner put 64,500 miles on the Porsche. May his next Porsche last just as long, and may this 996’s new owner keep it on the road for the next two decades to come.
