Paint code question
I wonder if the factory issued my car with wrong paint code. While it states J5 (Viper Green) on the order sheet, the option sticker - and the Porsche database - reads L2D8 . Anyone knows what that is? According to my driver's manual there is supposed to be a paint code (& tyre pressure) sticker in the left door - but I do not have that. Could someone please post a picture of what it looks like?
Maybe my car changes to black-and-orange after midnight...
Second question, my car came with a "911Carrera, Boxster" service booklet... is there supposed to be a specific GT3 (RS) booklet?

Not sure about the paint codes to answer the first quistion.
I'll check mine out later and tell you if I have the stickers there or not.
I've got the same Service Booklet as you guys.
Your Viper Green is the third one in the GCC market That I know of. One here in Bahrain, another is KSA and yours in Oman. It's the second rarest colour in the region. White being the rarest with two known only. One here in Bahrain and the other in Kuwait.

Here's a picture of the Paint Code and Tire Pressure sticker as found on the driver's side. Notice that it's stuck on directly on the Carbon Door Sills.
Excuse the bad Phone pic.

On US cars its under the front hood usually the a four digit code with larger print, begining with "L" for laquer the German word for paint. Really only need the three digits after the "L".
