Hello

I am a new owner, number 930.

Can anyone share the 18" wheel offset, and what is the offset we can do at 19"?

Thanks

Patrick

home just in time for some nice weather

Last summer, a day or so before I decided to a my bumper service, my 996 took one
right on the nose

you can see where the bumper was cut, just to the left of the plug
kind of a bummer because I had just purchased the Rennline grilles and new lip

bought a new spoiler and decided to leave it black, I like the look
new clear bra too

For Chicago and suburban owners, A & L in Palatine (ask for Val) was great to work with
on time, no stories, no worries
lots of German steel on the lot and Val really knows Porsche owners

I flew into Charleston, SC tonight and became the proud new owner of #896. The previous owner babied this car with 37,000 miles and Sport Seats with painted hard backs.

I had European Road and Racing install a full IMS Solution along with RMS, clutch, AOS, etc. (Karl Troy at ER&R is absolutely fantastic to work with!!) I decided on the "solution" because I plan to keep the car a long, long time and my IMS research said that gently driven, low-mileage cars are at special risk.

I will attach pics later. My first 911, BTW. I am driving my new bucket list checkmark back to Kansas City this weekend. Road trip!!

Congrats! Eduardo had that up for sale for a long time and he would not budge much on the price a few months ago. His price was fair, but it was not what I wanted to spend. Looked like a really nice one and absolutely loved the sport seats. With that one now sold, there is only one 40th for sale on autotrader. There was 7 when I started looking.

Great choice with your first 911!

Fracture, thanks for the plug on A&L. Trying top find a body shop of any value is tough. I had talked to a guy in Fox River Grove for some other projects that was decent but no actual experience yet.
Thankfully my 996 is in no need of paint!
I like those Grilles you have on the car...hmmm...

Congrats Senordude! Look forward to some pics.

Karl is a great guy, and a great friend of ours. Today I invited him to start the processes to become a Certified IMS Solution Installer.

He bragged on your car to me more than once. I talk to Karl everyday, and he's the craziest Austrian that I know!

Glad to hear Nr. 0896 found a great new home - congrats! She looks fantastic. When you get a few minutes please shoot me an email at 40jahre911@gmail.com so that I can get a few details to add you to the Registry car list. Ted
