It's my friends frenchie. I can take some photos and post them up here.
More photos of the evil EVO:
Due note that none of the body parts, including the lights etc. are attached properly. They're just slapped on. They have all been fitted but it always takes a bit of work to re-fit and the parts have been on and off on a daily basis.

The progress on your car is fantastic. Will you leave it in that brown metallic or something else?

Project has been on idle for the past three weeks. The racing season started and i wrecked our endurance BMW in a 3hr practise race. Well, I didn't really wreck it, it was another car that ran into me but since that happened on my stint, I took the responsibility to fix the car. We have this gentlemen's agreement with my team mates that who ever ****s the car, fixes it. The costs we always split, no matter whose fault it was.
Here's she is, not very pretty nor very fast either but last season we managed two podium finishes (out of 50 cars racing).
Then this thursday I did something I've been wanting to do ever since last July when I did my first hot laps on the Nordschleife; I raced there.
This was a RCN (Rundstrecken Challenge) race and it was very nice because it preceded the VLN 24h race (as well as WTCC, Carrera CUP and Historic 24).
So we got to race the 24h variant which is the GP track and Nordschleife combined.
I shared the car for the 3hr race with a german guy. We were fastest in the class but due to the RCN regulations, we placed 5th because of penalty points acquired by not meeting the reference time set on the first lap. This was because the lap timer didn't work so we had no idea what speed to carry on the confirmation laps so we just drove the **** out of the car.
The idea of the RCN is to act as a safe way to learn racing on the ring.
The new regulations for driving the VLN series requires a so called Nordschleife license, which you can get after finishing minimum three RCN races.
So the RCN kind of prepares you to racing in the VLN.
Since I have an international FIA license, I could've skipped the RCN races and obtained the Nordschleife license through a special training day.
But I felt it was better to get the grasp of it by doing those three races.
Especially because I still have very limited laps on the Nordschleife.
But man I tell you, driving the nordschleife is one thing but slapping on some slicks and racing there is a completely different thing! Even with that old low powered BMW it was fun as hell!!
The GT2 project wil continue soon...I'm looking at putting in the ABS brakes after all. Stay tuned!

Yes, car will be there for the winter. We are getting the wagenpass for it and I will do the last RCN on 25.10. with it. Should be fun!
The car really belongs on the ring. I like driving it here in Finland but I'm quite set on leaving it there for the entire next season.
We were there with a friend of mine and switching drivers all the time. My friend was driving in the Morning when we first saw on the track. I gave you thumbs up, not because of the driving (I think that's what you thought first and shook your head) but because of your car.
