Thanks board member Lyubm for selling yours. Install took less than 45min. Even whilst entertaining a three year old.

Would love to install a real GTS grille, but I'm cheap.

You could always just wrap one in vinyl if you wanted something temporary!

I looked into that. Then saw the post on the parts for sale board. Delivered was cheaper than a wrap. I still have the all white grille and can switch back.

Ahh...finally a pic of this modification using the OEM grilles. Thinking about doing it versus the GTS grilles. This helps me visual it. How do you like it so far?

Like the look a lot. The contrast with the white I like. Won't ever put the white one back on. The GTS grille would really be sweet.

The one I put on is not painted. Did a really hard hand polish with Sonax Perfect Finish. And sealed with a Sonax Polymer Net Shield. Looks decent enough. Super close to matching the black window trim.

Suncoast sells for $287

Tried doing mine with Plasit-dip. Not really satisfied and I peeled it off 2 hrs later. Like that ease of removal. Think the GTS grille is probably best option but cannot find one used. Anyone have a suggestion on where to find one sitting around that is no longer used or from a dismantler? Would hate to send Suncoast $1500 or so to them to get a brand new one.

Go for it! I can't see why it wouldn't work.

Sure it will work fine and is a far better alternative than painting the existing cover black...

For the cost $ of a black GTS grille, I'll be keeping mine stock in white...

See post #162 in the recently revived (and still front page) Show Us Your GTS thread:

https://rennlist.com/forums/991/9665...thread-11.html

It's a GTS with an Aerocup wing installed after delivery, and they left the black grill in place. No problemo.

Has anyone tried to install a deck lid from a turbo? Will it fit?

I am am only referring to the grill, not the wing. I think it would look awesome with my ducktail.

I'm only reviving this thread to shamelessly promote the black GTS grill I'm about to have for sale. Stay tuned for listing in marketplace... Save some serious coin over the $1600+ Suncoast has these for.

Love the GTS grill and prefer it to standard. I am trading my car tomorrow for a GT4 and no way I'm leaving the dang $1600 grill on the back!
