2013 911.1S totally loaded cab with 12k for 75k. This car has PDCC, a nice option that's hard to find.

If this one had a stick, I would be trading in the GT4 right now.

Very nice build, seems like a good price. The 3 owners part is interesting at such low mileage.
And it even has a ***** steering wheel in carbon...

I think even 4-5% is a long shot in most cases.

Too many variables here. Really a case by case basis.
I looked for several months, and this mirrors my experience for CPO cars at Porsche dealerships. Discounts, including situations where I was willing to (and did) walk away, were usually in the 2-3% range.

I'm most interested in it because it's an 8-cylinder 911 which I understand is kind of rare.

It's in there. I had to look at the build sheet closely. It is spelled out "Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control" and not PDCC.

Somebody posted this one over in the 997 deals thread, I'm reposting it here:

http://houston.craigslist.org/cto/5967724952.html

2014 S, Black over Black, 14K miles, $79K ask...

Powerkit, PDK, SC, PDCC, SPASM, Sport Design exterior package (ducktail), Sport Seats, Alcantara Paddle Shift steering wheel, Sunroof delete... Nice Build!

95% of a GTS for $20K less, and no centerlocks to fret over.

My bad. Did not notice it on the build sheet. Interestingly there is no PDCC on the console button.

They added "PDCC" to the button in later years (both of my 991S's - a 2012.5 and my current 2013 - had PDCC but neither had it indicated on the button). So this is normal for this model year 991.

PDCC is an "always on" option - they added it to the button in later years to make it more obvious that the car is so equipped.

One of Porsche's more stupid option issues (along with your favorite, PSP)...

"We will label a button 'PDCC', but the button doesn't have any effect whatsoever on PDCC..."

Speaking of which, what are your thoughts on PDCC? I've heard many hard-core track guys just rail on how much they hate it, but others seem to like it.

LOL...I joke about PSP a lot but it is probably a take it or leave it option...

I do like PDCC and did seek it out as an option in both the 991S's that I have owned. I autocross a lot and do like how it keeps the car flatter in turns. On normal roads it seems to give it a really nice ride, too. I have zero regrets and would include it, if I was ordering a 991.

I think some people who track their cars may object to it because it might give them an artificial feeling in cornering. YMMV.
