Default Long shot: trade Riviera blue RS for 911R?

100 mile RS, riv blue, PCCB, LWBS, leather, painted vents and PCM, illuminated carbon sills "kills bugs fast", other crap.

Looking to trade for a silver or black, green stripe 911R.

I know, dreaming.

i'd consider trading my 911R but not for anything 991. maybe for an interesting PTS 997 4.0 or 997 4.0 with radio delete.

Good luck on ur offer! In all honesty, I think in the long run, I'd rather keep the PTS RS. Probably less PTS RS's made than total numbers of R (PTS R maybe the holy grail of 991 Gen cars), but I think the RS will wnd up being a more revered car than the R in the long run. But that's just my opinion. I also said that the GT2RS was going to be the most collectable 997 back when you could find them as low as 159k and the RS 4.0's were going for about $350-400k. People thought I was crazy. Now the difference between the two is nearly even.

I doubt anyone would make this trade. Sadly the people who will own 911Rs at least initially, dealers and 918 owners, already have RSs if they wanted one or are planning on getting hundreds of thousands over sticker for their cars. The very few who are getting a car new at sticker like CJ want the car to drive and enjoy on the roads and in this instance the RS is less desirable.
