I've been a Turbo guy for the last 10 years and have been seriously considering getting a GT3 this year. I haven't posted in a long time, but I have been watching this thread. Not that I want to add any more confusion to what's going on with the diagnosis, fix, etc... but...
I went on the Porsche Configurator this morning and loaded a GT3 Build that I spec'd out in February. When it loaded a message came up asking if I want to apply my specifications to the new Model Year??? I just made the saved config on Feb. 21st. It also removed option 640 (Chrono) because it said it was no longer available. It looks like they replaced it with option 643 (Chrono with Track App) and added $1450 to the price.
Not sure if any conclusions can be drawn from this, but I was surprised to see it mention "new model year".

Three Wheelin'
Sorry, if you upload a photo on iPad app it turns it upside down. Have removed the pic now, partly because it may have given away the identity of my dealer and I didn't want to offend them.
The letter arrived this morning in a Porsche envelope and I could hardly contain my excitement. The communication has arrived! They have already upgraded the engine and are going to release my car with an extended warranty and free PCCB upgrade due to the inconvenience.
But no, it was a letter asking me to bring my old car in for a MOT test. This is a car that I have already sold! And they know I've sold it!
