? About 4 Post Lifts for Home Garage
I have been looking into installing a 4 post lift for my home garage....So far I like the one from Backyard Buddy and the one from Bend Pak......
A fellow SVT Cobra owner has the one from Bend Pak and he loves it....From what I have seen is that the one from Backyard buddies seems to be more stable..I also like that Backyard Buddy has a video explaining the lift and showing all the detail...
Both companies state that they do not need to be bolted to the ground...
Any Thoughts...>>Ohhhh and Jay Leno uses Bend Pak for his auto's...
Oh and my ceiling height is 9 feet 6 inches...so I think that I have enough height room for my Carrera and the Cobra.
Here are the two that I am thinking of....

Yeah, you don't bolt them to the floor.
Usually they come with wheels, so you can move them around too.
I have the cheaper Eagle lifts and can fit cars under a lower ceiling...your height is perfect.

I put the BendPak 9000# in my garage (thinking I may one day want to put my Suburban on it). Sturdy as a tank, but may be a bit overkill. Ramps are wider and make some duties a bit more challenging. Consider the ramp widths when purchasing. Also look at the jacking bridges for lifting an end off the wheels. 220V will likely live longer than 120V. And most require an airhose; consider potential tool use when sizing to get adequate CFM.

Hey Andrew,
Here are a few pix from my garage. The last photo was pre-lift---what a great way to turn a 3-car garage into a 4-car garage!!! This is the BYB. Good luck with your new lift!!!
