PSD reservoir and need for Fender liners
I replaced the PSD fluid holding resevoir and secured the PSD control/power wires and reservoir drain hose.
Previously the wires where leaning against the side marker housing and perhaps due to heat of the marker light and vibration there was a deep grove in the body of the side marker.
So my recommendation is that if you have a PSD unit make sure you wires are not leaning/resting against the side marker

Very good advise from Herman.
Hereby a picture from a new replacement PSD-unit installed in my ROW (which do not have rear side markers) 928 GTS (as I did during August 2011. I'm still to write and post a full tutorial of how to do such... and I will sooner or later).

As a side question, are the PSD reservoirs once again available? I have flushed mine twice but I wouldn't mind stocking a reservoir.

Not sure if available again or not.
I've had mine sitting in my parts bin for 2 years.
Just now got a chance to install w Sean.
Got it from Roger, give him a call, see if it off of NLA status.

I had to look up PSD in the official Acronym chart = Porsche Sperr Differential. Is this the thing indicated by option code 220? If so, holy crap, looks like I own another bit of complicated Porsche engineering. It was already on my todo list, but had no idea what it looked like.
