Very nice.

Well, it came out at:
Rear wheels:
322 kW = 438 hp @ 5700 rpm
Engine:
365 kW = 496 hp @ 5700 rpm
633 Nm @ 5200 rpm
Boost (c/f) is about 6psi.

Lag, Tim, Z, seem to have vanished completely.
Gretch is still around, a little, but even he doesnt post as often as he used to.
Personnaly speaking, I think it is a real shame and loss to the board. Having contrary viewpoints and opinions makes for a stronger forum where more information can be freely submitted and exchanged.
Just because the discussions, at times, become heated is no reason to take your toys and go home.
Even Andy rarely posts here anymore...I would guess for the same reasons.
I would like to add that I respected the opinions, views, facts, and information each of these individuals provided to the board....Even if I didnt always agree.
I find it regretful that they no longer participate in the discussion.
Ultimately, we ARE all on the same team here guys...even those turbo jokers.

Hi Jim,
This was with 42# but otherwise a stock S4 fuel system. No FMU RRFPR etc. Just remapped.
Hi Derek,
Yes, they are missed, but Andy's kit lives on with DR and Carl has taken one of Murf's offerings onwards.
I am sure Lag, Tim & Co. are working on some killer project right now :-)

6 out of the first 15 posts were from the turbo guys with a 7th post congadulating a turbo guy for once again crashing an SC post.
I don't get it... The thread is Murf 928 vs Twin Screw. The thread starter has since stated he was interested in turbo info also. However, the usual bs happened to what looked to be a thread about SC's.
If I'm Tim or Andy or DR I wouldn't waste my time on a thread like this either.
BTW Derek, hi! I can't get away to make the trip this year, just too much going on

I would liketo see where I have taken a shot at the turbos. I have no reason to.
However...
though I've driven enough SC systems not to want another, regardless of power.
Anyhoo, doesn't matter I suppose. Murf and DR don't need to be involved in these 'mines bigger than yours' threads. They have already proven it.

Tim, Andy, and even Devek to some extent, operate on a "build it and they will come" kind of philosophy. Instead of arguing with words, they build something, get the dyno numbers, top speed numbers, and let those figures do the talking. People can debate with words all day long, about turbos, superchargers, strokers, nitrous. I prefer people who back their words with products. Then the owners of those kits can come on here and give their impressions. But until a few more people have turbo kits installed, it's really hard to get a true comparison. Superchargers have been installed on a LOT more cars, and it is a reasonable question to ask all those owners how they like their kits. It's not really fair to get the opinion on turbos, because the only people posting about them, are the people with turbo cars. Until you get a bunch of turbo kits on people's cars, those opinions don't count for much, because we all know those opinions are biased.

Tim himself is busy with a real job, and real new big house, Lag was banned, Z has long since moved on to constructive and informative places to share his wealth of knowledge, and there are several other very silent Murphy cars just having fun driving thier very fast cars.

Well, I'm sure they are. Its gettin' COOOOOLLLDDD in Green Bay. Cold = Projects up there. Trust me, I lived there once. Plus Tim has a nice, uh, lets say "multiple" bay garage to work in now.

Opinions from owners. OK.
I like my Eaton M112 based supercharger setup. I guess you might refer to it as a beta version of the DR twin screw kit. Car goes like hell. One damn hot florida track day with no problems (power steering belt clearance issue now resolved). Fun, fun, fun.

John,
Any possibility to develop this for the '85-86 32V cars? I'm running an FMU (8:1) with stock 24lb injectors at the moment, but would be ideal if I could eliminate it. No FMU = Less things that can break.

Hi Imo000,
This is an unlikely extension of this project. It's taken 2 years hard work to analyse the LH2.3 code which seems to have been written by a blind dyslexic..... my software partner is a genius :-)
There may be someone who has delved deaply into the LH2.2 code, that series of controllers were used on Volvos and Saabs....
The next part of our project is to apply the same hardware to remapping the ignition ECU.
Personally, I don't like the idea of running higher than stock fuel pressures.
