To finance other cool bits for the car we're selling the 193hp cam (12.7mm lift) that was used earlier with this car. propably will give good figures aswell b/c for that number we had stock head. Asking 475eur + postage. works with stock valve springs (spring shimming needs to be checked).
Need LSD and some wider rubber..

Cam is a 'street' cam, modded from late 944 cam. Lift 12.7mm, duration 272' (0.1). Intake is 1.7mm open in TDC. We used this cam early this season, then did another cam that had more lift and duration than this. We have used three different cam setups this year, this one for sale is 2nd evolution.
We are keeping the last evolution version in our 8v engine.

Hello Matti,
Nice racer, I always like when someone is tuning NA engines, it's so interesting and challenging
Do you happen to know how much you currently have overlap? When dimensioning the headers, the EVC and IVO
are the most important valve events together with desired rpm area and VE. If you have't already choosen the headers
I can use my pipemax to help you finding good header measurements for your needs(4-2-1 or 4-1). Just send me(sysi) the private mail on local forum if you like.
211/2,5= 84hp/L, I think with enough overlap and well tuned exhaust, it will be way over 90hp/L if heads and valves permits.
BTW. how much you think the engine is able to take rpms with current internals? This may be coming limiting factor at some point.
Good luck, need to come to see this one day on track
Simo

Engines oil supply gets somewhat cavitating above 7000rpm (no true limit known?), would propably need dry sump to push it further.
I'll drop you details at 9xx!
