Great build. Please keep the photos coming.

At first glance, I thought the instrument to the right of the water temp gauge was a built-in Passport radar detector panel....

Not sure what's wrong with the pictures: reloading shows some more, but different ones appear. I'll investigate.

I resized all the pictures, still don't see them loading correctly. I have noticed this with other "image intense" threads, so suspect it's RL. They show correctly on another list . . .

And, now I can state Chrome works perfectly, even with the annoying ads. So there you go.

Breathtaking Julian, simply breathtaking!! Really glad to see you resume your fantastic project. Workmanship is top notch and I like your choice of components. Congratulations on a wonderful build. Should post it in the Turbo forum.

this has got to be the most flagrant can of whipass ever unleashed on the first page of a build thread.

Thanks, all. There is work on the engine going on. Selection of electronics. Build associated harnesses. And, another move is looming, so I sense some calm seas, and hope to perhaps have a running car before I leave this current shop.

Just beautiful!
What did you use to clean large aluminum parts like the trailing arms?
Thanks.

I bought them new several years back. I wanted the newer bearing retention method with plates rather than the king size circlip. The parts from my old car are basically the torsion bar carrier and spring arms (along with the Kelly Moss machine work and solid mounts), the front Fabcar lower arms, the Penske shocks, the hydroboost, and the doors and dash. Almost everything else is of newer origin.

Kill me now. Me and my car will never be worthy. Absolutely stunning work, please keep us posted, my jaw was open for most of the first page. That intake...the fabled unobtanium JME intake! How did you get it, if you don't mind me asking?
