2013 Detroit GP - Dr. Jim Norman qualifies outside pole to split a pair of factory backed Mazda GX diesel prototype GT cars.  We finished 2nd and went on to win the Team and Driver's Championship after the final race at Lime Rock Park in September 2013.

In my attempt to embark on a heat exchanger to further reduce engine oil temps I came to the conclusion that over the years, things are shrinking.  On the right is the upgraded 986 oil cooler a lot of guys started to use, to its left is a 987.2/997.2 exchanger and to its left is a 981/991 variant.

Road test around the neighborhood in 100 degree ambient temps stayed at 185 degrees.  Road tests are only mild indicators though for heat insulation attempts.  Race track proof is the only acceptable proof so we wait til Friday.
