Are you the guy that bought Anthony's car? I'm a friend of Nelson's. If you are, then welcome to rennlist!

I don't konw about those offsets, but be careful when changing the tire sizes. They have to be porportional to the stock sizes or else you will burn up your viscous coupling. Check out this thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...threadid=88809

hey jeff,

yea, i'm the guy that bought anthony's car. i bought it last week and drove it back down to orange county. nels is a buddy of mine, perhaps we'll meet up one day for a drive up in SF.

thanks for the post, i'll read that and check it out. i got the offsets from tirerack, so i'm assuming that if they're recommending the sizes, it should fit properly. they're known to be pretty conservative with their settings. my only concern is that they recommend 235 and 285 and i was thinking of running bigger tires with 245 and 295.

if you don't mind, and if you're on any instant messaging, PM me your userid and we can talk 993 tt stuff sometimes.

take care.
