Default Help! Wheel identification.

Can someone tell me what car these rims are from? How much their worth?
I'm assuming an mid 80's 911 (in pic). Their 16inch rims and have all center caps.

If my memory serves me right, they look like this. (I'll have them next week sometime.) I aquired them through a trade and don't really want them for my 951.

I have a set of one piece BBS rims that look like that. Mine are 16 x 7 and 8's I think. I used them on my '81 SC.

As far as value? I'd say a couple hundred bucks max.

Here's a close up shot of the centers.

A930Rocket,
Hmm, thanks for the close up, but i don't rember mine having bbs on them. Did porsche ever make other ones? What does the center cap look like? These have the porsche crest.

Thanks, I figure if i can get $300-$500 for the set of 4 i'd be happy. I mean the crest's are worth $60-$90 apeice. Am i crazy?

There was another wheel mfg that had the exact same wheel. Just can't put my name on it.

Mine were w/o center caps and I used them just for DE's so they are a little rough and not worth a lot.

If they are in good shape, try selling them for your price. You can always go down, but not up I always say.

As you can tell from my picture, mine are strictly track wheels. I painted them just to look presentable.

My new track wheels are 18" BBS race wheels. WHAT a difference!

Post some pics.

Those could also be MSW or Rial wheels which had a similar spoke-pattern.

I would guess those are the old style Compomotives from the early 80s.

I think it was Rial. Sure sounds familiar.

Okay, I'll buy 'em, but I need to know FOR SURE if they'll fit my '84 944. Does anyone know for sure if they'll fit if they came off an early 80's 911? Bolt pattern the same? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
