Default Broken center caps

Hi guys,

A few weeks ago I bought Strosek wheels for my 928. Unfortunately original three of the four center caps are broken (picture below).

Does anyone know where I can purchase blank center caps? Center caps are 74-75mm in diameter and are stamped M242A on the back. Or is there a way to repair the originals?

On a somewhat related note. Back when I just got the wheels, I emailed Strosek asking if they could sell me a spare set of center caps for the wheels. They unfortunately were completely out of them, but they had one last spare set that they sent me. When I got the package, it turned out what they had was not a complete center cap, but a disk with their logo that should be glued on top of the center cap. Which glue should I be using? Don't really want them come unglued - it does not look like I will be able to obtain spares (at least not easily).

Thank You!
