Default 02 Boxster S Rim Fitment?

Wondering if these would fit my 2002 Boxster S and would the ride be different than the stock 17" on her now? I understand the diff due to the side wall but was wondering about the off-sets as it seems to be different than the standard Boxster S config. The front meets the manual but the rear is 65 VS 47.

Porsche 911 996 Carrera light 18 inch wheels. Set of 4 off a Carrera 4 $1200 CDN

fronts 8 inch offset 50 part #996 362 136 03

rears 10 inch offset 65 part#996 362 140 03

These are very locale to me ... 4 minute drive VS shipped from USA ... and this is the asking. Would like to know if they are a good fit before contacting the owner.

BTW CDN = USD today.

The Boxster rears are 9" with a 47mm et?

I think that you may have an issue getting the 10" with 65mm et to fit due to the fact that your inner clearance shrinks by 31mm, that might interfere with suspension movement.

Fergus, Bently shows 10 x18 (ET65) 265/35 ZR 18. Porsche manual shows 10J x 18 H2 47 mm, hence the question.

Default Carrera wheel fitment on boxster

I have a 2004 Boxster S and I purchase from a 2003 carrerar 4cs the 8" front and 11" rear wheels - the front fit no problem even put a 17mm spacer on the rears I had to use a 31mm spacer to clear the shocks and the tires stick out a little - I am now in the process of flaring the fenders to accomodate the wheels - handling = awsome
Here is a short utube clip of my car with those wheels

I will post some close up pics shortly ( hopefully)

I am looking for the same size/offset for my 986 Boxster, front 18x8 with 50 offset and rear 18x10 with 65 offset. Anyone use this size on their 986 without needing spacers?

Thanks
